Set up or join a band (band name, member details)
Add songs, set lists, events, or other content
Upload media such as profile photos or showreel videos
Fill in your public band promo page

We use the information we collect to:

Provide and maintain the Backline service
Allow you to collaborate with your bandmates
Generate public-facing promo pages when you choose to publish one

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data sharing

Your data is shared only as necessary to operate the service. This includes our hosting provider (Supabase) and any third-party integrations you explicitly enable. Band content you mark as public (e.g. your promo page) is visible to anyone with the link.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal reasons.
